Lauren Daly, owner

I am a common sense governance professional with years of experience working in the public and private sectors.

I hold a Bachelor of Applied Management, a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance, and am an Associate Member of the Governance Institute of Australia.

As a business owner myself, I know it can be hard to be sure your business is compliant with its obligations while trying to do the 'every day' work.

And I know it's hard to commit the time required to make sure you're across all that's happening within and outside your business.

Having lived and worked in a rural environment for my career, I am particularly interested in supporting rural and regional business, and understand the rural environment and its challenges and opportunities.

I am a proud mum of three children, and in my spare time I support my husband in running our beef farming operations and enjoy sharing a taste of our farm life through our farm retreat accommodation 'Dalrose Retreat' in Stratford, Victoria.

Life is busy as a business owner. But we can make it easier on ourselves if we have good governance systems and processes in place to support ourselves, our staff and our clients.
